Buying process

Only registered users may buy from the shop.

At the end of the registration, please read and mark the Terms of Use menu item. Registration is possible only if you filled the data fields, read further and accepted the Terms of Use. After successful registration, you are notified of registration automatically by e-mail. You can modify your registration data after logging in under the menu item Profile data in the My box slot.

2. Login

You can log in with the user name and password you entered during registration by clicking on the button Sign in on the right.

3. Password reminder

If you have forgotten your password, please, click on the „Login” then the „Have you forgotten your password?” labels. Type your e-mail address you provided for registration into the data input field, and we send your password to that e-mail address.

4. Logout

If you entered the system as a registered user, please use the Logout button after each entry when you are finished browsing the webshop, for your own security! In this case, no unauthorized persons can access your data (for example, by someone else using your computer).

5. Products

The products are put into categories. You can view the appropriate product group by clicking on the appropriate name of the product category. Prices are displayed as NET prices and can be viewed only by the users logged in. If you have selected a product, please, give the desired amount then click on the „Put into the shopping trolley” or „Transfer products to request for a quote” buttons appearing beside the products depending on the stock, then the product goes into the shopping trolley. At that point You do not have any commitment to pay, you can cancel your purchase any time!

Some products are available in various versions (for example, in various colors). If the given product does not have a price, please consult the product in the webshop and its specifications for information. Our system records your intention to purchase these products by providing other parameters of the product (as a request for quote). Please provide the desired quantity in this case also. You will be contacted by our merchant for further specifications (for example, exact color, colors) and a concrete offer.

In case of products labeled with prices, prices in the webshop refer to products defined by colors and other specifications. Purchase of these products is automatic, but if you need further information or help, please contact our merchants. If you wish to order the product in another color than that displayed in the webshop, please indicate your request in the notes field at the end of purchase, and you will be contacted by our merchants.

You can view detailed product specifications by clicking on the product name or picture. Here you can find the main product parameters, sizes, description, packaging quantity details, delivery term.

You can see a summarized presentation of the contents of your cart during your shopping, which indicates the number and prices of products in your cart.

If you need any product samples, our company is glad to provide them for you. You can find detailed information about purchasing product samples under the menu item “Product sample order”.

6. Product search

You can search for a product with the aid of filters. You can reduce the number of matches in each product category to the most characteristic features of the given goods. Their usage is extremely easy: you can select from the filters the desired characteristics in the „Shopping options” box.

7. Content of the shopping cart and placing an order

The shopping trolley shows what amount of which products on what price you have selected and which of them you can purchase immediately and for which of them you can ask for a quote.

You can view the content of the shopping trolley by clicking on the button illustrating a shopping trolley or on the text next to it describing the number of products put into the shopping cart.

The shopping trolley is divided into two parts, it handles those items you can buy immediately and those for which you can ask for a price quote separately. If there is an available stock of a product, it goes automatically into the immediately purchasable part of the shopping trolley. If you would rather ask for a price quote for those products instead of buying them you can do it by clicking on the button „Transfer products to request for a price quote”.

You can delete the product from the shopping trolley by clicking on the button „X” next to the name of the selected item. If you want to modify the amount of the product, please, rewrite the amount in the trolley, and then click on the „Refresh” button.

If you have completed selection after giving the shipment details you can finish the order:

I/a. In case of a request for a price quote to send it push the button „Save price quote”. After a successful request for a price quote we send You an e-mail with the details of the request for the price quote, then one of our sales representatives will contact You.

I/b. In case of an immediate purchase after clicking on the button „Estimate shipping cost” you can calculate the cost of delivery. After that clicking on the button „Counter” you can continue the purchase.

II. In the next step you should select the method of shipping. You can find detailed information about the methods of shipping here. After the selection of the way of delivery push the button „Save”.

Finally, please, choose a method of payment:

III/a. PayPal: by choosing payment by PayPal, the webshop takes you to the PayPal webpage where either you have to register and register your credit card used for payment, or you have to access your existing PayPal account. Afterwards you are able to authorize the payment amount, and return to the All In Packaging webshop. Both you and our company will be notified of the payment. The advantage of this payment method is that it is one of the safest and fastest online payment methods, and you only have to provide your credit card data upon registration.

III/b. Bank transfer: For bank transfers, please transfer to our company the amount provided in your purchase confirmation in the currency according to the amount currency (EUR).

When making the transfer, please provide the Purchase Order Identifier provided to you in the purchase confirmation e-mail.

Please bear in mind that in case of bank transfers, crediting the amount may take 3-4 days, depending on the bank. Your order will be treated as paid when your transfer is credited to our bank account.

After the selection of the method of payment click on the button „Send order” to forward your order. We inform you about your successfully placed order in an e-mail.

8 . About the system

The webshop uses primarily the PHP+MySQL technology, and contains Javascript program components in several instances. For the system to function properly, you need to authorize Javascript codes, so if your browser disallows Javascript scripts, please do authorize them! In the default setting, each browser allows Javascript scripts to run.
