1. Is purchase subject to a minimum order quantity?

 


There are two different scenarios;

 

When there is sufficient stock available in Budapest, Hungary, then you can order any quantities, even one piece, but the quantity ordered does affect the prices - we can offer you the larger quantities at better prices. Our webshop was created primarily for selling retail quantities, so you can place automatic orders for 1-5000 pieces. Should you need larger quantities than this, our colleagues shall contact you directly.

 

When there is no stock available in Budapest for the selected product, or the available stock is not enough to fulfill your order then minimum order quantity is applicable, which you can check on the product date pages.

3. Can I ask for product samples?

 

Yes. This is not only possible, but we also recommend you to test the selected product before placing the first order. You can find every details about requesting product samples here.

 

4. What should I do if I don’t find the product I am looking for in the webshop?

 

Our products are available in various versions (color, size, shape, etc.) so you may not find the combination you request in the webshop. In this case please contact our colleagues with your request. You can only request completely individual products. Based on your idea, we will design the product and manufacture it for you even exclusively. In this case also, please contact us directly.

 

5. How can I pay?

 

You can pay either by using the PayPal payment system or by bank transfer. Please indicate your purchase order identifier on payment in each case. You can find detailed payment information here.

 

6. Can I pay later?

 

Yes. Later payment is subject to 3 finalized purchase transactions and the request to pay later. Should you wish to request this, please notify this to our merchants. General payment term is 15 days. The payment term starts on product dispatch.

 

7. Why do I see more prices for a single product?

 

Product prices vary depending on the purchased quantity. The webshop automatically assigns a price to the quantity you ordered.

 

8. Why don’t I see prices for every product?

 

A significant part of products is available in various versions (color, size, material, length, etc.). You need to specify all the parameters in order to receive the product suitable to your requirements. For any products not labeled with a price, the webshop forwards your order as a request for quote to our merchants who will contact you in order to specify all the parameters.

 

9. Who shall pay the transport costs?

 

Webshop prices are ex works. Transport and other transport related costs are charged to the customer.

 

10. How much are the transport costs?

 

Transport costs depend on the volume of products ordered, delivery address and delivery method. The webshop informs you about expected transport costs permanently during your purchase.

 

11. What is the delivery term?

 

If there is an available stock in Budapest, we deliver the ordered products immediately. In case of stocks available in another warehouses we deliver the products within 1-4 weeks, in case of continuous supply within 1-12 weeks following the order.

 

The delivery time is 1-4 working days to Hungary, 1-8 working days to Europe in case of products on stock.

 

The indicated delivery times are informative, and depend on the delivery method you chose. Please bear in mind that we can deliver the products ordered after the product price has been credited to our bank account. You can find detailed delivery information here.

 

12. What should I do if the product is not compatible with other materials used?

 

The purchased product compatibility is the customer’s sole responsibility. When you order new products, we recommend you request product samples before placing the order, and test the compatibility of our product with other materials you use.

 

13. What should I do if I ordered a product inappropriate for me?

 

If you ordered the wrong product, please let us know immediately. We will attempt to replace the product with one you can use. Furthermore, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 8 days upon receipt of products. In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify your intention to do so by sending us an e-mail, and to return the products in the original and undamaged packaging to us. Product return costs are charged to the customer.

 

14. What should I do if I noticed any differences in quantity or quality after receiving the products?

 

Please verify the package content immediately upon receipt. If the quantity of the delivered products differs from what the transport letter specifies, please notify the transporter and our company immediately. If the delivered product type and quality differs from what you ordered, please immediately let us know, so that we should take the necessary measures.
